Tree Removal Pros provides the following professional tree care services to residential and commercial customers in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area:
All services are performed by or under the supervision of ISA-certified arborists. Specific service details, scope, and pricing will be outlined in a written estimate provided prior to commencement of work.
We primarily serve the Greater Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area, including but not limited to:
Service availability outside this area is at our discretion and may be subject to additional travel fees. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
We provide free written estimates for all services. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written service agreement or work order.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices may change after 30 days due to fluctuations in equipment, labor, or disposal costs.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during service (e.g., hidden decay, utility conflicts, additional hazards), we will notify you before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope. Additional charges may apply with your authorization.
By scheduling a service, you confirm that you are the property owner or have authority to authorize work on the property. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, including removing vehicles, pets, furniture, or other obstacles that may impede our crew.
You are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other buried infrastructure on the property prior to any ground-disturbing work (e.g., stump grinding, land clearing). Tree Removal Pros is not liable for damage to utilities not disclosed prior to service.
We understand schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip/mobilization fee if a crew has already been dispatched.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues. We will contact you as soon as practicable in such events.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Any agreed-upon deposit required for larger jobs will be stated in the written estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through legal means, and you agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees.
If you believe an invoice contains an error, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt. We will review the matter and work in good faith to resolve any billing disputes promptly.
Tree removal in some municipalities may require permits. It is your responsibility as the property owner to obtain any necessary permits required by your city, county, or HOA prior to scheduling service. Tree Removal Pros can advise on typical permit requirements in the Birmingham area but cannot guarantee regulatory compliance on your behalf. We will not be liable for fines or penalties resulting from unpermitted work performed at your direction.
Tree Removal Pros carries general liability insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 in coverage, as well as workers' compensation insurance for all crew members. We are licensed and bonded in the State of Alabama. Proof of insurance is available upon request. We strongly advise customers never to hire a tree service company that cannot provide proof of current insurance.
Unless otherwise specified in your estimate, cleanup of cut material, branches, and wood chips is included in the service price. Logs and wood from removed trees become the property of Tree Removal Pros unless you request to keep them in writing prior to the job. Haul-away of brush and debris is standard; however, certain large-volume jobs may require a separate disposal fee, which will be disclosed in the estimate.
Tree Removal Pros will exercise reasonable professional care in the performance of all services. However, tree work inherently involves risks. We are not liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that any particular outcome will be achieved (e.g., that a partially diseased tree will be fully remediated by pruning).
